There’s come up some information on a, at least to me, new error with 3Connect. Via Twitter I got in contact with a guy, who had problems with 3Connect on his Mac. The error he encountered was "An internal error has occurred during configuration (5370)" and 3Connect didn’t start.

The user confirmed that he tried downloading the newest edition of 3Connect (2.0) and that it didn’t help. The user has also been in contact with 3, and followed these instructions (730,71 kb) obtained from 3, however without any luck.

There’s only one other mention of the error out there, and the solution described there is to start using the native HUAWEI client, Mobile Connect. While that might be a short term possible solution, it’s more interesting to find out what causes the error and what can be done to correct it.

In other words, have you seen this error before and gotten around it, please let me (us) know.
