This blog is meant as a self-help to you as a moble broadband user. The blog is in many ways very technical and targets mainly the Do-It-Yourself people out there.
However, whether you're a hard core technical Jolt drinking nerd or just the average Joe, using the information on this page is subject to the following:
This blog describes techincal solutions, walk thoughs, and provides you solutions, which may include (but not limited to) you messing with your registry, downloading updates, turn things on and off again and the like.
However, the advice given might not work on every system out there. Therefore, you alone are responsible for your computer and your broadband modem when acting according to the information on this page. Don't come crying to me (or 3 or Birdstep, for that matter) if the information somehow turns out inaccurate, you mess it up, start roaming all the time and therefore get a HUGE extra bill or just simply orphan your modem. For example, in this blog post, I direct you to the Swedish 3 site to download an update to your mobile broadband modem. However, doing so as a UK 3 customer might have unexpected and not the best of consequences. Maybe it's all good, maybe it's not - I certainly don't know. So, you are responsible for any unexpected consequences yourself.
If you don't know what you're doing, I suggest you stop and find someone who can help you.
In conclusion: It is my wish to bring you information as accurate as possible, but I cannot guarantee anything on your behalf.
